Descrição
Integração dos espaços, iluminação e materialidade foram as diretrizes para o projeto que valorizou este imóvel no bairro Moinhos de Vento, em Porto Alegre/RS. Eliminamos a antiga dependência de empregada, invertemos a posição da cozinha e integramos os espaços da zona social. Mesmo sem as divisórias físicas, conseguimos perceber bem o zoneamento: cozinha / jantar / estar / parrilla. Um grande painel de marcenaria separa a zona social da área íntima, articulando as utilidades do social e possibilitando a privacidade necessária para os dormitórios e o escritório do apartamento. Os materiais claros contrastam com a marcenaria escura pensada em locais estratégicos para criar equilíbrio na composição. As plantas entram dando o toque final dos moradores!
