Entrelaçada junto à natureza, esta residência foi projetada com um verdadeiro senso de múltiplos cenários experienciais. Com arquitetura contemporânea brutalista, a fachada orgânica, com uma enorme jardim vertical permeando ambos os lados, apresenta uma conexão total com a natureza! Um extraordinário ambiente para se conectar com o exterior e consigo mesmo, e aproveitar o tempo e a paisagem absolutamente linda.De qualquer lugar dessa residência a natureza está integrada, com as belas araucárias, gramados, espelho d’água, com o ar puro, o som dos pássaros e a luz natural que brota da claraboia e adentra até o subsolo da residência! Um verdadeiro espetáculo para todos os sentidos. Nesse Lar, nosso maior objetivo foi criar múltiplas oportunidades de uso e experiências para que seus moradores vivam como queiram e não como a residência os imponha. Tem coisa mais valiosa que isso? Este projeto dedicou todo cuidado e especial atenção em elevar o nível de sustentabilidade e reduzir os impactos ambientais que uma casa deste padrão possa vir a causar, tornando isto parte do legado da propriedade. Afirmando ainda mais seu compromisso com esta visão, o projeto foi pautado em cinco pilares. Energia 100% limpa. Contemplamos a utilização de energia elétrica limpa e renovável, ou seja 100% da energia utilizada na casa será gerada através de painéis fotovoltaicos instalados na própria residência. Iluminação Natural. A casa foi projetada para obter o máximo de iluminação natural e gerar redução no consumo de energia; Lareiras ecológicas, A Casa conta com lareiras que utilizam etanol e lenha certificada, com sistema de dupla combustão, que reduz em mais de 50% o uso de combustível vegetal; Captação da água da Chuva, A Casa Doce Vida foi construída com estrutura de captação da água da chuva para irrigação do jardim horizontal e vertical, bem como para atender os espelhos d’agua e limpeza das calçadas. Carbono Zero, Todo gás carbônico emitido durante a sua construção da propriedade foi inventariado, e será compensado através do plantio de árvores nativas.
