APARTAMENTO PINHEIROS II

Descrição
Um apartamento com 40 anos que necessitava de intervenções estruturais e estéticas: troca de tubulações hidráulicas que eram de ferro e começavam a vazar, azulejos que estavam se soltando, marcenaria danificada... O novo projeto contemplou a troca de todos os materiais de acabamentos, instalação de infraestrutura para ar condicionado, além de demolição de paredes que alterou a circulação da sala para cozinha e integrou um dos quartos à sala. O estilo industrial com pegada clássica foi uma solicitação dos moradores, presente nos tijolinhos, cimento queimado, boiseries e marcenaria com estilo provençal. A mistura de estilos deu um toque sofisticado ao projeto, refletindo uma atmosfera agradável, ambientes iluminados e aconchegantes.
