Descrição
A planta original com 3 dormitórios desse apartamento de 150m² foi reformada para uma família de 4 pessoas - e um a caminho. A construção de um quarto a mais foi essencial para que cada integrante tivesse seu próprio espaço. A integração entre sala, cozinha e varanda gourmet criou a amplitude desejada pelos clientes e permite que todos os convidados dividam o mesmo ambiente nos dias de festa, considerando que o casal ama receber os amigos. O piso com visual de cimento queimado contrasta com a madeira usada na marcenaria. As bancadas brancas da cozinha e varanda e a mesa em Mármore Carrara criam o contraponto com leveza e sofisticação.
