Este apartamento com 95 m2 ficou com jeitinho de casa após a reforma que integrou todos os ambientes sociais. O terraço ganhou a função de sala de jantar com copa e um cantinho especial para relaxar, a cozinha totalmente integrada com a sala tem uma ilha atrás do sofá.
